Here we go; our amazing new Manchester apartments for rent are taking shape. The final, finishing touches are now being put to our home. And we’re hoping it’ll become yours soon too! Our lovely onsite team are dead keen to welcome you here; to show you why we’re so happy with how it’s all coming together here.

Welcome to The Astley!

Over the course of the year, we’ll be posting all sorts of things here. For now, though, a quick word for all our potential and upcoming residents.

Not seen our building yet? It’s looking great! I wish work had been due to finish a few months earlier; who knows when we’ll get another summer like this. That said, the weather doesn’t really matter; we’re making BIG plans for autumn onwards.

Even though the sunshine, beers and BBQs have been awesome this summer, the one downside of the summer is that football didn’t come home :(. Soon, however, you’ll be able to – and to the most exciting development of Manchester apartments I’ve seen since I’ve lived here. And I’ve seen a good many of them!

When you go along the Great Ancoats Street, at the junction with Port Street, you’ll see a lovely shining stone colour building; one with golden window frames. That’s us, standing out from the surrounding “bricks”.

Manchester has become a second home for me. For me, the Northern Quarter is the coolest part; coffee, brunch, bars and restaurants – the NQ is one of my favourite places to chill out after work… and on Saturday afternoons with my beloved golden lab Jacobs.

Just to give you guys a little update for the Astley: work on our Manchester apartments is into the final stage and we’re aiming to launch the building in time for you to move in September. Hopefully the “MCR Bee Spirit” will make things work. 🙂

Hello there! We’re The Astley, and we’re ever so delighted to meet you. Now, we know that looking for a new home can seem daunting; not least if you’re moving to a new city (or even country!).
